Seeing some of the prices around my area these days for even the smallest apartments, I have to call out the people setting the prices as either greedy, insane, or a combination thereof. There is no reason why a tiny apartment should cost between $850-$1,200 a month.
$300-$400 MAX is reasonable for a small unit.
